Oh Those Lazy Days of Summer

Frilly and Funkie new Challenge is “Summertime”.

So I would like to add my Summertime Altered Tag.

The Little Ladies are graphic’s from

Lilac & Lavender and the seed packs are from K and Company.

My tag is an 8x4, which I cut from a file folder and made a box for the bottom pocket. The punch is from Martha Stewart called Garden Trellis.

My inks are distress inks in colors of squeezed lemonade, mowed lawn and tumbled glass.

The small clay pot was painted and then distress, and buffed with sandpaper. The wooden scoop is from bath salt set, it too was painted, distress and sanded. Stamps are from Arts Impressions, Impressions Obsessions and TAC. Inside of tag, “It takes a long time”, (stamp) is from Gina K Designs.

When I saw this set of stamps, I thought I better get a hold

of Sara as these were a “must have”!

From Club Scrap June 2013 release “Hope”.

A little Retro/Vintage set that looks an

old table cloth my Great Aunt Della had.

So I came up with this card for a Baking friend of mine.

a man and woman or a boy and girl.

This is a scanned copy of my Grandparents that I added some color too.

There’s no special technique here, just fancy background papers.

I did not have the Old Glory die, nor the grungboard to make his tag so this is what I came up with.

I used Tim’s Distress Stain Roll technique to do the background.

Stamp credits are Inkadinkado, Embossing die and paste, graphic from Google.
